You don’t open these from a classic case. Dead Hand Collection items are obtained through the Dead Hand Terminal.
The Dead Hand Terminal is available as a possible weekly drop in CS2. That means playing the game and receiving your weekly drop can grant you a terminal; from there you can acquire items from the Dead Hand Collection. Keep an eye on your weekly drop to see if you’ve received one.
Map Changes in This Update
The same patch that added the Dead Hand content also shipped two map tweaks:
Dust II
- Fixed a pixel gap in a door near Outside Long, closing a small visual or clipping issue.
Alpine
